Dr. Frank earned his medical degree and Ph.D. in Infectious Diseases from the prestigious Carol Davila University of Medicine and Pharmacy, commonly known as the University of Medicine and Pharmacy Bucharest (UMFCD). His academic training provided a solid foundation for his later work in clinical research, where he has made significant contributions to the study of infectious diseases and neurodegenerative disorders, particularly ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis).
